Whether you're exploring career options for the first time or considering a change in direction, LaunchPad provides personalized, expert support to help you move forward with confidence.
Delivered entirely online through our secure telehealth platform, LaunchPad eliminates common barriers like transportation and rigid scheduling. This makes it easier to access high-quality career exploration services from the comfort of home or any convenient location.
Participants work one-on-one with experienced Employment Consultants who specialize in disability supports, career development, and transition planning. Each participant receives a customized report detailing their career interests, strengths, and workplace preferences. This information can support decisions about college, vocational training, or employment pathways, and can be shared with support teams, families, or service providers to guide next steps.
With its expert guidance, flexible format, and affordable pricing, LaunchPad helps individuals build a strong foundation for meaningful employment and future success.
How It Works
1. Complete the Intake Form
Participants (and families or guardians, if needed) start by filling out a simple online intake form to share background information, work or volunteer experience, and future goals.
2. Meet Your Employment Consultant
Connect virtually with an Inclusive Pathways Employment Consultant for a one-on-one conversation to explore interests, strengths, and any potential barriers to employment or education.
3. Take the Career Assessment
Complete a validated, online career assessment to identify aptitudes, work styles, and career clusters that align with your strengths and interests.
4. Review Your Results
Meet with your consultant again to review your results, get your questions answered, and talk through realistic next steps.
5. Get Your Personalized Career Snapshot Report
Receive a clear, easy-to-read report that summarizes your career interests, skills, and recommended pathways including practical next steps for training, education, or employment.
Need More Support?
Participants can add extra sessions with their Employment Consultant to dive deeper into postsecondary planning, including researching college programs, comparing vocational training options, or developing customized transition plans.
